My work focuses on creating quality academic experiences to ensure that students and faculty succeed. Day-to-day, that means I oversee academic policies, student support initiatives, faculty hiring and development, and other initiatives that enhance teaching and learning at Parami. Over the past 10 years, I have served in leadership roles at multi-campus institutions offering in-person, online, and blended learning programs.
